To achieve our vision and ensure highest level of quality education, we offer our programmes in partnership with top universities worldwide, like the University of Westminster – UK, University of Stirling – UK, University of Malaysia Pahang Al Sultan Abdullah – Malaysia, and the Scottish Qualification Authority – UK. Our keenness to have international affiliations enabled us offer unique academic programmes that are delivered by MC only and to enhance academic quality by access to global best practices in higher education, and Improve employability of our graduates, as employers increasingly value graduates with international exposure. Further, it supported us in bringing global perspectives into the classroom while promoting Omani culture abroad, and encouraging intercultural understanding, tolerance, and diversity.

In MC, we embrace a student-centered approach to teaching and learning, where students take an active role in their own learning journey. We foster this through having highly qualified faculty members, who have PhDs. and master’s from best universities worldwide. Further, for almost three decades, the college built a strong rapport with more than one hundred organizations even in industry or professional bodies. This enabled us to link our students with real-life practices through immense number of activities that make students think critically, solve problems, self-learners, lead effectively, work in teams, and communicate properly. We also prepare our students to have professional certificates during their study journey. Moreover, we place them in training and internships. The outcome of this effort is awesome. Today, our graduates are seen in many top positions in government, private, and international organizations. Many others are successfully running their own businesses and have become big names in the country and the region.

I am proud also to see our students and alumni obtained high research skills during their learning journey in MC, and the output is outstanding. Our students have above 200 paper publications in international journals and presentations at international conferences. Last five years, we have more than thirty students received external funded research projects. This reflects the quality of students and their ability to apply knowledge they obtained, contribute to the body of knowledge, build confidence, responsibility, and a sense of ownership over their learning journey. This makes them ready for their future careers.
