The Master’s Students Forum for Employee Well-being and Institutional Prosperity

Led by Dr. Mahfouz Al-Sabbagh, and attended by Dr. Arabi Madbouli, the Acting Dean. The forum featured outstanding participation from student researchers and addressed numerous modern ideas and practices related to employee well-being, institutional excellence, and sustainability in modern work environments.

This forum came within the framework of enhancing integration between academic and applied aspects, and highlighting the role of scientific research in developing institutional work environments and achieving professional and human prosperity.

Dr. Mahfouz Al-Sabbagh, Muscat College: In an inspiring academic setting, more than 80 Master’s student researchers shone at the Employee Well-being and Institutional Prosperity Forum. Ideas transformed into projects pulsing with creativity, and the interactive presentations reflected future visions combining innovation, institutional excellence, and human well-being.

The forum embodied an exceptional knowledge platform where research ambitions met applied practices, confirming the students’ ability to craft solutions and initiatives that contribute to building more prosperous, sustainable, and impactful work environments.
