The major functions of organisations related to strategic and entrepreneurial marketing, people management, finance and economics are integrated through strategic orientation, which develops group and team management, organisational analysis and communications and influencing skills.
The Programme objectives were:
- To give graduates an insight into modern management practice and an opportunity to develop the skills required for managing a business.
- To empower students to explore the challenges that affect organizations, and compare a range of different management techniques used to lead successful businesses.
- To learn how to take theoretical management skills and apply them to a range of business such as finance, marketing, strategy and human resources.
The graduates of this Programme are able to work in a variety of management roles across private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
