Muscat College participated in the 8th Annual Conference of the Oman Society for Human Resource Management (OSHRM) 

Muscat College participated in the 8th Annual Conference of the Oman Society for Human Resource Management (OSHRM), held under the theme “Leadership in the Open Space” from 14 to 16 April 2025, by announcing the launch of a range of new academic programs developed in collaboration with the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom. This step aims to enhance the quality of higher education and introduce modern specializations that meet the needs of both the local and international job markets.

The newly introduced undergraduate programs include:

  • Business Management (Digital Business)
  • Data Science and Analytics
  • At the postgraduate level, the following programs were announced:
  • Sustainability and Innovation Management
  • Cybersecurity and Digital forensics

These programs received wide positive feedback from attendees due to their relevance in supporting national priorities in areas such as digital transformation, innovation, cybersecurity, and sustainability. This initiative also reflects Muscat College’s commitment to offering high-quality academic programs that keep pace with the demands of the coming era.

On another note, students from Muscat College had a strong and active presence in organizing the conference, with several of them participating in managing and executing various activities and events. Through this involvement, the students demonstrated their high level of professionalism and organizational skills, gaining valuable educational and professional experience, and engaging directly with international experts and decision-makers from within and outside the Sultanate in an environment that blended practical learning with impactful communication.
