Submission Guidelines

1. Paper Preparation and Formatting

Articles should adhere to the IEEE format. All full papers must be submitted in English with a minimum of five (5) pages. The paper template can be found in this link.

2. Review Process

All full papers will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure quality and impartial evaluation. Plagiarized submissions will automatically be rejected.

3. Paper Submission, Acceptance Notification, and Camera-Ready Submission

The paper should be submitted in this link. The following are dates related to the paper submission:

  • Paper Submission: February 4, 2024
  • Notification for acceptance and reviewers’ comments: February 8, 2024
  • Camera Ready Submission: February 13, 2024
  • Registration Deadline: 18th February 2024
  • Conference dates: 21st and 22nd February 2024

4. Accepted Papers Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in a conference proceeding with an ISBN free of cost. The best papers nominated by the reviewers will be published in IEEE Xplore, a Scopus-indexed publication site.

5. Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted full paper must register for the conference to present their work. The registration date is on or before February 12, 2024.

Publication Fee: If papers are selected authors should pay for IEEE publication
